Xiaomi presented Vision Gran Turismo on February 28 at an event also featuring phones and other devices. The company described it as an electric hypercar concept created for the Gran Turismo franchise. That is not an announcement of a production car available to buy.
The crossover is interesting because a brand associated with phones enters familiar gaming territory: imagining a vehicle beyond everyday constraints. Such concepts can act as visual laboratories and conversations between industrial design and entertainment.
Our editorial reading follows what the project shows without filling gaps with assumptions. A render, scale model, functional car and playable content are different deliverables. A presentation image does not establish real performance, an in-game release date or availability across every title in the series.
We have neither driven nor played with this concept. The story’s appeal is the intersection of Chinese technology and gaming’s car culture. If you share it, preserve the word concept and the announcement date. It is possible to enjoy an ambitious idea without turning expectations into specifications or a release calendar the source did not confirm.
