HONOR launched Magic V6 in Malaysia on June 4 following its MWC presentation. The announced configuration includes a 6,660mAh silicon-carbon battery and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Availability and configurations elsewhere require local confirmation.
A large battery is an understandable argument for anyone playing away from a socket. But milliamp-hours are not a direct measurement of gaming hours. Screen behavior, brightness, connectivity, the game and thermal management all contribute to the experience we actually want to assess.
Our comparison would keep the game and conditions consistent while recording consumption, temperature and stability over a session. For creators, we would add video recording and file transfer. The key is not to compare a video-playback estimate with demanding gameplay as if they were equivalent activities.
We have not used this phone. Magic V6 deserves attention for combining a foldable format with substantial battery capacity, not for battery life we can promise. If you are considering an import, verify the exact version, support and service compatibility. An announcement in another country cannot establish local warranty coverage or the experience you will receive.
